This is a full time permanent role based at our Perth Airport office.
**Your day will involve**:
- Project Administration: Manage project costs, send out invoices, and reconcile project accounts to keep everything on track.
- Accounts Payable: Create purchase orders and process incoming invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting: Generate reports to help track project progress and financial health.
- General Office Tasks: Handle paperwork, filing, archiving and other routine office duties.
- Project related tasks - such as resource scheduling, document control, etc.
**What are we looking for?**
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong people and communication skills;
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software and processes
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
