We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support to our senior leaders, enhancing organisational culture and driving business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Partner with senior leaders to provide expert HR advice and guidance
 * Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment through proactive case management and performance planning
 * Support workforce planning, recruitment and selection initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices. They will also be an experienced problem solver with the ability to coach people leaders in shaping a positive organisational culture.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
 * Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. HR management, business, psychology) or equivalent work experience
 * Proven success in implementing strategic HR initiatives, including policy development, employee relations and project management
 * Experience in case managing employee relations/HR issues and partnering with hiring managers on talent acquisition
 * Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage multi-disciplinary projects
