As a Package Consultant at Avature, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your role and responsibilities
1. Work on Technology projects – installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, conversion, greenfield implementation, integration with other systems
2. Provide BASIS support for projects involving S/4HANA
3. Provide architectural guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM)
4. Design end-to-end security for SAP on premise and SAP Cloud based applications including two factor authentications and single sign-on from anywhere on any device
5. Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
6. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
7. Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
8. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuously learn about SAP products
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
1. 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA solutions, migrations, and conversions.
2. Min 4 project experience with Selective Data Transition with SNP tools
3. 5+ years working with SAP customers to define migration/conversion project requirements, approaches, and/or roadmaps
4. Hands on implementation and conversion experience for S/4HANA solutions.
5. SAP Basis – Current hands-on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, and SAP HANA.
6. Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
