Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain a rolling 3–6 month marketing and content calendar across multiple brands
* Manage an in-house creative team to deliver world-class photography, video and design assets
* Oversee development of high-quality content across social, web and digital paid channels
* Plan, manage and optimise Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns with a focus on ROI and conversions
* Provide strategic direction for creative assets to maximise ad performance and brand consistency
* Analyse campaign results, run A/B testing, and report on CAC, ROAS and conversions
* Build and engage the YOT community through social media, events and partnerships
* Ensure all creative output follows the Brand Bible, delivering consistent and elevated storytelling
Key Skills
* Proven success as a Marketing Manager in consumer-focused businesses
* Strong track record managing large-scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns
* Ability to interpret and enforce brand guidelines for consistent storytelling
* Experience leading and motivating creative professionals in content-driven marketing
* Skilled in building communities and driving loyalty in lifestyle, hospitality or entertainment sectors
* Commercially minded with a sharp focus on conversion, engagement and growth
