We are seeking an experienced Human Centred Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience, human centred design and design thinking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver impactful customer experience initiatives
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to shape meaningful customer experiences
* Conduct research and generate actionable insights to inform CX strategies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in delivering customer experience, human centred design and design thinking projects
* Qualification in design, service design or human centred design or equivalent experience
* Genuine commitment to creating positive customer experiences and helping others understand their role in driving impact
