Leadership and Operational Excellence
A permanent, full-time position based across Warragul & Drouin offices, driving operational efficiency and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations ensuring administrative efficiency, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
2. Lead administration, sales, and property management teams.
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and staff support.
4. Maintain systems, compliance processes, and office resources.
5. Ensure listing, sales, and property files meet legislative requirements.
6. Partner with payroll on entitlements, leave, and wage compliance.
7. Coordinate diaries, meetings, events, and sponsorships.
8. Drive training, professional development, and engagement initiatives.
9. Ensure WHS compliance and organise safety training/protocols.
10. Assist the Director with confidential projects including acquisitions and business growth.
Requirements
1. 5+ years' experience in office management, preferably in real estate or property.
2. Strong HR generalist experience including recruitment, ER, and compliance.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office & real estate software preferred but not essential.
6. Emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
