Your new role: As an Advanced Allied Health Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality sterile production and supporting OPAT medicines management within the Pharmacy Department. You will: * Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile products in accordance with GMP, professional standards and local procedures. * Undertake inventory management, equipment cleaning and maintenance activities within the Sterile Production Centre. * Support the Infectious Diseases & Immunology Pharmacy team and supervise clinical assistants as required. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical trial support and accuracy checking under pharmacist supervision. You have: * Advanced knowledge of aseptic manufacturing, clean-room processes and pharmacy production standards. * Strong accuracy, quality focus and understanding of continuous improvement principles. * Excellent organisational skills to manage dynamic workloads and collaborate effectively across teams. * Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to train, mentor and supervise others.
