Our client is a well established Real Estate Agency located in the Upper Hunter Region who is conveniently backed by an leading franchise renowned for their training and staff care.
A highly desirable opportunity is available for a skilled Property Manager to join, and align their career with a close knit team who are leaders in the area. If you are seeking an office that loves their training, supports career growth and are very team-orientated, this role is for you
**A bit about the role**:
- Day to day portfolio management of 150-200 properties with assistance
- Looking after repairs and maintenance issues
- Building strong relationships and maintaining communication with Landlords, tenants & trades
- NCAT preparation and attendance when required
- Conducting Inspections
- Nursing rent arrears and rent reviews
- Must have a Certificate of Registration, Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one
- Experience in a Property Management role
- Have a valid drivers license and car
- Use of Propertyme advantageous
- Be well presented and a strong communicator
- Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
- Have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Must be approachable and a people person
