**Responsibilities**:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, washing ingredients, and preparing ingredients.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Keep the kitchen clean, including floors, surfaces, and appliances.
- Properly dispose of waste and manage recycling as per guidelines.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- Perform any other kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or sous chef.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen hand or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
