We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing orthopaedic and other surgical procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patient and staff safety, supervising and guiding nursing team members, and delivering education and support to individuals and their families.
To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in a rehabilitation ward, and current registration with AHPRA. Additionally, you will have sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
