Job title: Community Speech Pathologist - Training/Benefits - Brisbane, QLD
Salary: Up to $110,000 (based on experience) + travel allowance + CPD + benefits
Location: Multiple locations across Brisbane, QLD
Our client is a leading NDIS provider looking for a motivated Speech Pathologist to join their growing multidisciplinary team to:
* Provide assessment and intervention to clients with communication and swallowing difficulties
* Train carers in communicating effectively with clients, and work assistants/professionals to deliver effective therapeutic outcomes
* Develop augmentative and alternative communication systems tailored to individual clients' needs
* Develop swallowing intervention and mealtime plans and train carers on effective mealtime management support
* Enjoy travel allowance ($5,000) plus market leading long-term incentives and PD

* Receive graduate supervision and training from the Speech Pathology Manager (20 years' clinical experience)
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments, interventions and outcome measures
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills
* Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
* Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
