Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex systems across various domains. Your day-to-day work will involve performing technical activities, diagnosing issues, and providing mentoring to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, testing, and system upgrades in accordance with approved policies and technical manuals.
* Diagnose and repair communications equipment, computer systems, and control systems.
* Operate, handle, and store sensitive materials in line with security protocols.
* Support modification/integration activities and contribute to fault analysis and root cause investigations.
* Use test equipment to carry out diagnostic performance analysis on radar systems and ground support equipment.
Requirements
Trade Certificate in Communications and Electronics, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience is required. Proven experience working within a highly regulated environment is essential. Strong background in ICT System Administration, networking, hardware/software management, release, and configuration management is also required.
