Job Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our specialized concrete pumping fleet, with a focus on high-rise equipment. You will be working on some of Australia's largest and most unique construction projects.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance and equipment preparation for concrete pumps, placing booms, tower sections, and accessories, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
* Plan and execute scheduled services, inspections, and statutory certifications; maintain accurate maintenance records and asset histories
* Troubleshoot on-site breakdowns across SEQ; coordinate rapid response, parts, and vendor support to minimize downtime
* Manage inventory, procurement, and rebuilds (boom sections, pumps, valves, wear parts); control costs and warranty claims
* Collaborate with operations to schedule equipment, pre-pour readiness checks, and commissioning/decommissioning of placing booms
* Ensure the yard is maintained in an efficient and safe layout at all times
Requirements

o Extensive experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
o Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
