Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Northern Territory. This is an excellent chance for experienced clinicians to develop their skills and broaden their clinical expertise within regional communities.
About the Role:
* This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing speech pathology services to children 0-18 years with developmental delays in a community setting.
* You will also be responsible for outreach work to remote Indigenous communities, including travel to these locations for up to a week at a time.
* We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of relevant experience and can work autonomously in remote locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* Possess P2 level registration (or higher) with the relevant Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Have extensive experience in paediatric speech pathology, preferably in a community or rural setting.
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
