About The Opportunity
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurse (Community Health) to join the Community Nursing team based, as a casual employee, at Lake Cargelligo. Outreaching to places from Carrathool, Bland and parts of Lachlan Shire.
As The Enrolled Nurse, You Will
Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing careAssess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered NurseProvide clinical care, education and health promotionBuild strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary teamRecognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as requiredSupport safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activitiesWork within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners

Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to quality improvement, safety and professional developmentThe ability to adapt to changing models of care and evolving clinical practiceConfidence in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those exhibiting challenging behaviours
