* Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the village accommodation.
* Perform daily cleaning tasks in site offices and general areas.
* Manage laundry and linen supplies efficiently.
* Assist chefs with food preparation as required.
* Unload village supply trucks and assist with inventory management.
* Chef Assistant Responsibilities:
* Support chefs with food preparation tasks as needed.
* Ensure clean and hygienic food preparation areas are maintained.
* Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
* Assist with managing food stock levels and conducting stocktakes.
* Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and pot wash stations efficiently.
