About the role:
* Handle complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including contractual breaches and restructuring.
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, and insolvency-related documents.
* Advise clients on litigation strategies and distressed business situations.
* Collaborate with senior lawyers and support junior associates in high-profile cases.
The ideal candidate:
* Qualified Lawyer with admission to practice in NSW and Federal Courts.
* Minimum 3+ years PAE in commercial disputes and insolvency law.
* Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
