The position:
We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Plant Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment and processes involved in the production and packaging of high-quality dairy products. Your duties will include performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
This is a full-time position.
To succeed in this role, you'll be a reliable team player who supports others and takes initiative. You'll bring a strong understanding of production, safety, and quality systems—and won't hesitate to get hands-on when needed.

Ability to follow work instructions accurately
Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive, "can do" attitude
Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
A current forklift license and valid driver's license (preferred)
Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Clear and effective communication skills
Previous experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
Proficiency in operating systems and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
