Drive Business Growth as a Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow a portfolio of active accounts, including interior designers, architects, developers, and design studios.
* Drive project-based sales across residential, commercial, and retail sectors to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the operations team to oversee end-to-end project delivery from initial enquiry to post-installation follow-up.
* Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports and insights to management.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and product recommendations.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience and strong relationships with the A&D market.
* Proven sales ability, ideally with the furniture/design industry.
* Strong initiative and autonomy in business management.
* Ability to build positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Computer literate with attention to detail.
