Engineering Design & Certifications (EDC) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our Gold Coast team.
This is a key leadership role where you'll guide a talented group of engineers, oversee project delivery from design through to certification, and help shape the future of our engineering capability.
Working across residential and light commercial projects nationwide, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering practical, efficient and cost-effective structural solutions.
What you'll bring:
·7+ years' structural engineering experience
·Strong leadership and mentoring capability
·Professional Engineer registration (RPEQ, CPEng, NER or equivalent)
·Leadership role in a growing consultancy
·Supportive and collaborative team
·Opportunity to develop and mentor engineers
·Gold Coast (Southport) location with hybrid flexibility
