About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Japanese Waiter to join our team at a premium dining restaurant in Hawthorn. This role is ideal for someone who has robust hospitality experience, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for delivering a high-level dining experience.
The Venue
Amazon State is a unique three-level restaurant offering a refined dining experience. We have recently opened Kaida Little Dragon, our Japanese restaurant located in the basement. Our venue is known for its beautiful function spaces, solid team culture, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional and attentive table service
* Take orders accurately and efficiently
* Recommend food and beverages when appropriate
* Maintain high service standards at all times
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team
About You
* Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant
* Robust communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented and reliable
* Wine knowledge is an advantage but not essential
