About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and organised Site Manager to lead our Parent Pathways Program in Esperance.
This is a part-time role (Wednesday to Friday), ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with the Community and supporting Parents and Carers of young children to overcome barriers to education and employment.
You'll oversee program delivery and work closely with community partners to ensure the program meets departmental guidelines and achieves positive outcomes for families.
What You'll Do
· Manage day-to-day operations of the Parent Pathways site
· Lead and support Senior and Junior Mentors at other sites
· Build partnerships with the local community, organisations, training providers and employers
· Promote the program through community events and outreach activities
· Support participants to set and achieve their personal and employment goals
· Monitor compliance, data entry and reporting requirements
· Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery
About You
· A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Leadership or a related field, or equivalent experience working with disadvantaged groups
· Experience managing programs in the community, education or employment sector
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Solid understanding of compliance and reporting requirements
· A current Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
