The opportunity We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Canberra Commonwealth Government practice led jointly by Fabio Fior based in Canberra and Andrew Giles based in Darwin, which specialises in major projects, a wide range of property, construction and commercial agreements for both private and government clients.
You'll be a part of a national integrated team based across Canberra and Darwin.
You'll get direct client access and scope to team up with our national colleagues.
You'll be busy with advising on, and drafting construction and property contracts conducting local and interstate litigation, and arbitrations from start to finish major infrastructure projects including airport developments, road and other civil construction To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have 3+ years PAE excellent communication skills exposure to both construction and/or property law strong drafting skills commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities for more senior candidates, leadership skills and an interest in developing our up-and-coming junior cohort What we offer Unrivalled career pathways: Our unique meritocracy model proudly offers our staff career development, promoting talent based solely on merit.
