Reporting to the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will operate as a senior individual contributor who aligns stakeholders across divisions, manages interdependencies, and maintains delivery momentum against committed outcomes.
You will work closely with the Transformation team in Portfolio Management, Value Acceleration and Change as well as across the business to ensure initiatives are governed effectively, benefits tracked, and delivery remains aligned to enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end delivery orchestration and governance of strategic transformation programs delivering parts or all of specific VCLs (Value Creation Levers) and initiatives, coordinating complex cross-functional programs to achieve targeted cost savings, efficiency gains and business outcomes
* Manage stakeholder engagement and influence across executive and divisional levels, securing alignment, managing resistance and maintaining momentum against transformation objectives and timelines
* Manage benefit tracking and value realisation, monitoring initiative performance against agreed targets and implementing corrective actions to protect committed outcomes
* Manage the identification, assessment and mitigation of transformation risks, issues and interdependencies across workstreams, escalating critical matters and orchestrating resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in transformation and executive stakeholder management
* Minimum 8+ years' program management experience, including considerable experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
* Bachelor's degree required, relevant certifications or post-graduate qualifications preferred
* Strong knowledge of Program Management Methodologies
* Strong Financial Analysis & Commercial Acumen.
