**What we’re looking for**:
- Diploma in Children’s Services or higher (or working towards it)
- Leadership or management experience in a long day-care centre
- Practical knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and Child Secure standards
- Budget and financial accountability experience
- Current Working with Children Check
- Full-time availability with rotating shifts

Guardian Point Cook South is a light-filled, newly refurbished centre designed to spark curiosity. Outdoor areas feature vegetable gardens, fruit trees, mud pits, a wooden tepee, natural play structures, and age-specific play zones.
