Operating Theatre Registered Nurse
This role presents a rare opportunity to contribute to high-quality healthcare services in a rural NSW setting, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams within the Operating Theatre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
The Far West Local Health District is one of 15 LHDs under NSW Health, offering public health services to communities in far west NSW. Our vision is to create excellence in rural and remote healthcare through our inclusive and diverse workforce.
We employ over 800 clinicians and support staff across 9 health facilities in Broken Hill, Balranald, Dareton, Ivanhoe, Menindee, Tibooburra, Wentworth, White Cliffs and Wilcannia. This role requires current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrated experience in Operating Room/Critical Care Nursing.
