The Role
We're seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support day-to-day service across Julio's, Room Service, and Events. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a small front-of-house team, oversee service operations, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.
What you'll do
* Supervise service periods and guide the FOH team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
* Set the tone for great service with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence
* Work closely with the kitchen and Restaurant team to maintain smooth communication
* Assist with staff training, development, and daily briefings
* Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
* Promote daily specials and upsell with genuine enthusiasm
* Support RSA compliance and uphold all safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with rosters, inventory, and venue presentation as needed
What we need from you
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment (supervisory experience preferred)
* Warm and confident communication style
* A hands-on approach to service and a commitment to high standards
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Approved Manager licence (WA)
* Availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Full Legal right to work in Australia
