About your new role
This role helps support the Asset and Capital Manager Team in planning
developments to meet school growth strategies and manage the design and delivery of staged programs of works whilst maintaining safe school operations.
Your working hours will be Mon - Friday - 9 am till 5 pm.
- Plans and manages the implementation of minor capital
works safely, efficiently and satisfies budget, quality, and
program expectations
- Applies best practice principles to project management,
ensuring compliance with relevant codes and/or
legislation
- Responds to and follows up all stakeholder queries,
requests for maintenance and status of approved works
in a timely manner
- Undertakes school site visits to scope school needs and
external party requirements
- As needed, works on-site whilst work is undertaken to
ensure the Principal is supported in managing property
projects
- Provides accurate reporting to meet deadlines pertaining
to facilities work and longer-term projects
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Project Management or related discipline and demonstrated/
- Professional experience in facilities management.
- NSW WorkCover White Card & Working with children's check
- Current NSW driver's licence
- There is an expectation that you will be travelling and using your own car. There will be a car allowance included in your package.
- Based at Pennant Hills office but on the road traveling between schools often.
