We are seeking an experienced and confident Rental Department Manager to lead our Property Management Department across our Carnegie and Bentleigh offices.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing team performance, compliance, systems, client service and department outcomes, while managing a small personal portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop the Property Management, Leasing and VA teams
* Drive department KPIs, service standards and compliance
* Handle escalations, complaints and complex matters
* Oversee new business managements and department processes
* Conduct audits, reporting and ongoing training
* Stay ahead of legislation and industry best practice
Must Haves
* Minimum 5 years’ residential property management experience
* Proven leadership or senior PM experience
* Strong working knowledge of Property Me, IRE and Inspection Express
* Up-to-date knowledge of Victorian legislation
* VCAT experience, including hearings and dispute management
* Excellent organisation, communication and people leadership skills
* Must have an Agents Representative Certificate, Current Police Check and valid Drivers License.
