About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dependable landscape Team Leader to join a dedicated team that delivers high-quality landscaping projects is available. The role involves working across residential and commercial environments, focusing strongly on school sites. This hands-on position requires a broad skill set in construction-based Landscaping, including excavation, concreting, paving, and timber works. A strong commitment to safety, detail, and compliance is essential. Key Responsibilities Excavation of footings, trenches, and site levelling Construction of retaining walls using a variety of materials Installation of concrete pathways, access ramps, and paved surfaces Timber construction, including decking and fencing Safe operation and routine maintenance of landscaping equipment Adhering to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures Collaborating effectively with team members and project supervisors Maintaining professional communication and conduct, particularly on school sites Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in structural Landscaping Skilled in excavation and operation of machinery Proven ability in paving, concreting, decking, and retaining wall construction Ability to read and interpret site plans and work independently High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes Strong teamwork and communication skills Mandatory Requirements Trade qualification in Landscaping or equivalent MR or HR driver's licence Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) White Card (Construction Induction) Benefits Fully maintained company vehicle provided for work use Regular and optional overtime opportunities, especially during school holidays Stable and supportive work environment Engaging projects that positively impact school and community spaces About the Company The company is a well-established landscaping contractor known for delivering high-quality projects in both residential and commercial settings.
