Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and organised administrative support specialist to join our front-of-house team.
This is a 3-month temporary role with a high likelihood of extension or becoming permanent, offering the opportunity to work in a well-established accounting firm in Stirling.
* Welcome clients and visitors and manage the front reception desk, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients.
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and effectively, providing excellent communication skills.
* Monitor and manage multiple Outlook inboxes, staying on top of emails and correspondence.
* Provide general administrative support to accountants and team members, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing, and document preparation, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
* Assist with basic office coordination and maintaining reception/common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
Previous experience in reception or front-of-house administration is required. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are necessary, along with experience working in an accounting firm or professional services office. A quiet, calm work environment with a broad range of clients makes this a suitable role for someone who enjoys a steady-paced environment and values organisation and attention to detail.
