* 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MSP or local IT industry
* Demonstrated success in mid-market sales (50-500 seats)
* Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to work autonomously
* A proven track record of achieving sales quota goals
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
