Key Responsibilities
Sales and field service professionals operate across various retail channels to maximise brand exposure and sales volumes.
* Effective product promotion within the Grocery/Pharmacy Retail trade to increase sales and profits.
* Managing a client base of Grocery Retailers, achieving sales and volume targets, and growing the client base.
* Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with store owners in your territory.
* Innovative visual merchandising skills utilising display material and activating in-store promotions.
* Execution and development of accurate planograms/shelf management and providing retailers with increased awareness and product knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A demonstrated sales background in Grocery with strong selling experience.
* Experience in Sales Rep roles servicing Independents, FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working independently.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to operate iPad/iPhone and internet knowledge.
* The capacity to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
* A genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business through negotiation, selling, and merchandising skills.
