**Your Role at a Glance**:
Your role as an OSHC Support Worker is pivotal to the program's success. You will be responsible for supervising, engaging, and providing care for school-age children with disabilities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. This may involve directly supervising children during after-school care (3 pm to 6 pm) or school holiday care (8 am to 6 pm), engaging them in various enjoyable activities, incursions, and excursions.

**Remuneration and Benefits:**
Commencing at SCHADS Level 2.1 ($33.41 base rate), this position offers competitive remuneration and salary packaging options available for permanent part-time staff to reduce tax liability and increase take-home pay.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Passion for child development and education
- Experience, study or lived experience in child services, education, or disabilities is desirable
- Strong ethics, child safety awareness, and work health and safety knowledge
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of change
