Recruit, Connect & Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as a Client Liaison Officer. As a key contributor to our success, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This dynamic and fast-paced position will allow you to showcase your skills in building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Position: Client Services Officer

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to complete the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into our services.

- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and providing support throughout their journey.

- Build and maintain positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with care teams to meet care plans, achieve client goals, and update care plans to accommodate any specific requirements.

- Manage and address feedback from clients, guardians, and support workers in a timely and effective manner.

- Assist with weekly and daily rostering as required.

- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate NDIS reporting.

- Take an active role in the recruitment of support workers.

- Contribute to research projects as needed to enhance our services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proven track record.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the initiative to think flexibly.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Active listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and care teams.

- Experience in coordinating people and responding appropriately to different needs.

- The ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.

- Previous experience with NDIS is preferred but not essential.
