Kytons is now seeking a
Senior Baker
(full-time or 4 days per week) to join their close-knit team in Edwardstown. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker looking for stable day-shift hours, with typical start times between 6 and 7 am and finishing between 2 and 5 pm.
Responsibilities
Contribute to daily production while ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency
Prepare, mix, proof, and bake doughs, batters, and other products following recipes and specifications
Assist with packing and wrapping
Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory levels and standards
Support new product development and participate in recipe testing
Identify and troubleshoot production issues
Work closely with the Bakehouse Supervisor to coordinate and schedule production
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic bakehouse in accordance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members

Sound understanding of food handling and HACCP procedures
