We are currently working with a high quality child care centre located in
**Taylors Hill, Victoria **that is looking to grow their team They are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate team member. The centre is run by passionate, vibrant and motivated professionals who deliver high quality education and care for children. Most importantly they are committed to guide and help children to become the best version of themselves
**The role**
As a trainee prior industry experience is not a requirement. You will be working full time at the centre while you complete your Certificate III in Early Education. Your role will involve interacting, educating and caring for 130 children. You will be provided with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and gain hands on experience in a supportive environment and learn from experienced educators.
- A genuine interest in contributing to children's learning.
- Assist children in developing life and learning skills
- Show initiative and confidence
- Interact and encourage children's play with one another
- Facilitate group time with songs, stories or other activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior related experience is desirable however not necessary
- Must be over the age of 18 and able to work full time (37.5 hours a week) on a rotating roster
- Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
