Salary: AUD 77,000 to 82,000 + Super
About the Company:
Our client, THE TRUSTEE FOR MASSANGE FAMILY TRUST trading as Pane e Pizzico operates a busy Bakery in Essendon VIC. This company takes pride in their ability to deliver quality bakery products and more and a superior service every time.
Minimum Requirements:
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma with at least 1 year of experience
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-line support to staff and users via phone, email, or in person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
* Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN/WAN networks and Wi-Fi systems.
* Assist in managing servers, backups, and user accounts.
* Ensure systems are protected with up-to-date security patches and antivirus software.
* Assist users in understanding and effectively using IT systems.
* Maintain documentation and guides for users and internal IT procedures.
* Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
* Manage the setup of new devices and the decommissioning of old ones.
* Suggest and help implement system upgrades or improvements.
* Participate in IT projects and system rollouts.
