Pharmacist Career Opportunity in Aged Care

As a Customer Service Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing the residential aged care homes portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for facility management teams, and supporting resident care, clinical governance, and high service standards.
* Manage the residential aged care homes portfolio, including liaising closely with facility management and reporting back to internal pharmacy operations meetings.
* Coordinate onsite vaccination clinics and respond to queries from aged care residents and their families.
* Attend regular facility management meetings, conduct medication management audits and clinical reviews, and provide onsite pharmacist services within residential aged care facilities.
Requirements
* Registered pharmacist with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving ability and professional reliable manner.
