This is a Temporary Full-Time opportunity (38 hours per week) based in Macquarie and reporting directly to the Head of Technology.
Job Description

You'll make a difference in this role by
* Runningcore Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and showcases.
* Acting as the team's Scrum Master, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
* Conducting code reviews, provide development guidance, and ensure technical quality standards are met.
* Overseeing end-to-end delivery of customisations and enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
* Collaboratingwith Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritised backlog aligned to business value.
* Identifying and remove delivery blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
* Designing, develop, and implement customisations and integrations on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
* Troubleshooting complex issues, optimise performance and cost, and support production operations as needed. Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure solutions follow established patterns and governance
* Implementing scalable development processes, coding standards, and best practices.
* Mentoring and develop team members, fostering a high-performing engineering culture
* Providingexpert guidance on Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
* Partnering with the Head of Technology to shape the Dynamics platform roadmap, providing input on architecture, tooling, and future capabilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
* Related Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
* Sensitivity to and appreciation of disability issues
* Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision
* Good team member with excellent communication skills
