Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation and social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end documentation, compliance, contractor engagement, and project reporting.
* Assist in the coordination of multiple SDA and social housing projects.
* Support contract administration, documentation, and compliance tracking.
* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and approvals with project managers.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years' experience in project coordination.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Knowledge of residential builds, social housing, or SDA compliance (desirable).
* Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms.
