About the Position
As a Construction Director, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and contractors. This entails providing high-level technical expertise and knowledge on construction works contracts.
You will be responsible for administering contracts and ensuring quality assurance across projects. Additionally, you will serve as an independent point of contact and assessor of Works Under Contract (WUC) between the principal and contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between clients and contractors.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering.
