As Relationship Manager you will be the person families trust most.
You Will
* Welcome every child and family with warmth, professionalism and genuine care
* Build strong, lasting relationships that support enrolments, retention and a sense of belonging

* Support families through onboarding, transitions, bookings & daily questions

About The Role

* Supporting enrolments, tours & onboarding
* Keeping systems, documentation and accounts organised
* Working closely with the Centre Director and team
* Being the calm, friendly, reliable "go‑to" person
About You
You are warm, confident and organised with a natural ability to connect.

* Experience in customer service, administration / early childhood setting
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to multitask and stay steady in a fast‑paced environment
* A commitment to child and cultural safety
* A friendly professional presence that builds immediate trust
