ProTen is the leading broiler chicken farm developer and operator in Australia. We own and operate over 570 poultry sheds across 50+ broiler farms throughout Australia. Our aim is to be the market leader in the design, construction, and operation of broiler chicken farms.
About the role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers to join our teams at various locations across Australia.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a tunnel-ventilated broiler farm.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring cost-effective and efficient bird production.
Collaborate with ProTen Farm Management and provide support as an Assistant Farm Manager.
Maintain safety, health, environment, and quality standards and promote a positive WHS culture.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of supervisory experience in broiler or breeder farms.
Relevant certification or applicable experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
Right to work in Australia.
