Our client is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their Wollongong team.This is a unique role, less focused on management and more focused on selling and representing the brand. You will live, breath and love the brand and be rewarded for your efforts
**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
For the past 30 years my client has been the leader in their field of women's fashion. They have developed a destination store where their customer can find the perfect fit in swimwear - sleepwear, occasion wear - active wear, and everything in-between.
Due to recent changes we are now on the search for their next Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, exceed the companies KPIs and continue to provide the exceptional styling and customer service their customers have come to expect.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Assistant Store Manager you will
- Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
- Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
- Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Be a brand ambassador for this label
- Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
