We are partnering with a well-established firm on the Sunshine Coast to recruit a
Personal Injury Lawyer
with
2+ years
post-admission experience to join their growing practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer with personal injury experience who is looking to deepen their exposure across a range of matters while continuing to build strong technical and client-facing skills.
You'll be supported by experienced practitioners, work on a busy and varied caseload, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing personal injury matters from start to finish
* Attending settlement conferences and mediations
* Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients
* Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
What they're looking for:
* 2+ years PAE in personal injury
* Solid understanding of personal injury matters
* Strong drafting, research, and file management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and strong time management
* Confident, client-focused, and professional
* Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-volume environment
