About the Role:
As a Tax Consultant at H&R Block, you will:
* Conduct in-person tax consultations and prepare accurate tax returns.
* Ensure all lodgments are compliant and submitted on time.
* Provide clear tax advice and maintain high client satisfaction.
* Handle fee calculation and payment processing.
* Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications:
* Experience in tax preparation for Individual and Business clients.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A team player with a passion for customer services.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:

* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
