Volunteer Training and Assessment Manager
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Volunteer Training and Assessment Manager. This role involves delivering training and assessment to volunteers and paid clinical staff in the region to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their designated scope of practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating efficient and effective delivery of training and development to volunteers and paid clinical staff within the region. They will also be required to assist with the maintenance of training equipment and support Volunteer Development Officers to ensure training is conducted effectively.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have strong clinical knowledge, experience working with volunteers, and previous experience in the education sector. Flexibility and ability to travel to various locations are essential.
Key outcomes for this position include:
* To deliver high-quality training and assessment to volunteers and paid clinical staff within the required quality standards
* To develop and maintain effective relationships with Volunteer Development Officers and other stakeholders
* To contribute to the growth and development of volunteer programs within the region
