About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging client-facing role within our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client relationships, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of complex financial lines accounts within a broking environment. This includes managing clients' renewals, queries, and mid-term adjustments from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellence in client relationships, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability, and other financial lines accounts.
* Management of clients' renewals, queries, and mid-term adjustments.
* Provide technical advice and assistance as required to colleagues across a range of financial lines products.
* Enhance and promote key cultural characteristics of the wider team: enthusiasm, teamwork, client focus, innovation, accountability.
* Develop and support more junior members of the team through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
