About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll provide admin support across all areas of our business—no two days are the same.

While previous admin experience is preferred, it's not essential. If you're organised, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people, we're happy to provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

· Answer incoming calls and manage client communications

· Maintain and update client records in our database

· Prepare and collate documents and reports for client meetings

· Manage filing, scanning and general office admin tasks

· Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail

· Assist with occasional marketing tasks and office projects

About You
We're looking for someone who:

· Is well-presented, friendly and professional

· Has strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Communicates confidently both in person and over the phone

· Can juggle tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment

· Works well both independently and as part of a team

· Has a solid grasp of Microsoft Office and is open to learning new systems
